A deliciously simple and healthy breakfast choice. Ready in just a couple of minutes and tastes heavenly.
Hardly a recipe at all but Greek yogurt with berries and seeds makes a great start to the day. This is a fab wheat free, gluten free breakfast choice too.
This is the breakfast I eat if I’m on a health kick. The nuts and seeds release energy slowly, the berries are beautiful and Greek yogurt thick and creamy. All help to keep me feeling full up until lunch time. This is always a popular breakfast with older children too, usually accompanied with a pain-au-chocolate!
- Handful of raspberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Heaped tbs of Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp of flaked almonds
- 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
Wash and dry the berries and pop into a dish. Spoon over the Greek yogurt and sprinkle with the nuts and seeds.
