The nuts and seeds release energy slowly, the berries are beautiful and Greek yogurt thick and creamy. All help to keep me feeling full up until lunch time.
This is always a popular breakfast with older children too, usually accompanied by a pain-au-chocolate!
Greek yogurt breakfast ingredients
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbs of Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp of flaked almonds
- 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
How to make Greek yogurt breakfast recipe
- Wash and dry the berries – then put them into a bowl.
- Add the yogurt and seeds – spoon over the Greek yogurt and sprinkle with the nuts and seeds.
