  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 honeydew melon
  • 2 pears
  • 4 kiwi
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • 2 limes – juiced

How To Make Green Fruit Salad 

You’ll love how simple fruit plates are to throw together, and just how fresh and pretty they look

Step One – juice the limes

  • Juice the limes using the juicer and pour the juice into a shallow bowl.

Step Two – slice the apples and pears

  • Slice the apples and pears and toss them in the lime juice, this helps to stop the fruit from turning brown as quickly.

Step Three – prepare the honeydew melon

  • Slice the melon into wedges and remove the seeds.

Step Four – prepare the kiwi

  • Peel and slice the kiwi.

Step Five – serve the green fruit salad

  • Arrange all the fruit in a bowl or on a plate or platter and serve. You can sprinkle over some chopped fresh mint if you’ve any to hand.
