How To Make Halloween Cheesecake

You’ll love how easy these Halloween treats are to make – super simple and no baking needed!

Step One – make the cheesecake biscuit base

  • First tip the Oreo biscuits into a food processor and blitz until they’re fine crumbs.
  • Then melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat on the hob.

  • Next tip the Oreo crumbs into the melted butter and stir with a wooden spoon to coat them all in butter.

  • Divide the Oreo cheesecake biscuit base between the four small bowls – I use little glass custard cups they’re the perfect size. These are going to be your cheesecake crust.
  • You need to pat the crumbs down tightly using the back of a spoon. Then put them into the fridge to set – you’ll need to leave them at least 45 minutes to an hour before adding the topping.

Step Two – make the Halloween cheesecake topping

  • Once the cheesecake base has hardened in the fridge you can mix up the creamy cheesecake topping (cream cheese mixture). Just add the cream cheese, pour in the double cream, vanilla extract and tablespoons of icing sugar to a blender (electric mixer) and whizz together until the mixture is stiff – you want it like stiff whipped cream.
  • Divide the mixture between the four bowls and then spread in a layer across the Oreo Halloween cheesecake base so it’s smooth.
