How To Make Halloween Cheesecake

You’ll love how easy these Halloween treats are to make – super simple and no baking needed!

  • First tip the Oreo biscuits into a food processor and blitz until they’re fine crumbs.
  • Then melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat on the hob.

  • Divide the Oreo cheesecake biscuit base between the four small bowls – I use little glass custard cups they’re the perfect size.
  • You need to pat the crumbs down tightly using the back of a spoon. Then put them into the fridge to set – you’ll need to leave them at least 45 minutes to an hour before adding the topping.

  • Once the cheesecake base has hardened in the fridge you can mix up the creamy cheesecake topping. Just add the cream cheese, double cream, vanilla extract and icing sugar to a blender and whizz together until the mixture is stiff.
  • Divide the mixture between the four bowls and then spread it across the Oreo Halloween cheesecake base so it’s smooth.
