You just need three ingredients to make this spookalicious treat!

  • 400g white chocolate
  • 100g popcorn

How To Make Halloween Popcorn Cakes

Oh, you’re just going to LOVE how simple these little Halloween cakes are to make!

Step One – melt the white chocolate

  • Firstly break the white chocolate into chunks in a bowl.
  • Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water, stirring slowly until all the chocolate is melted.

Alternatively – melt the chocolate in the microwave

Step Two mix in the popcorn

  • Tip the popcorn into the bowl of melted white chocolate, mix gently to coat it all the popcorn pieces in melted chocolate.

Step Three – make the little Halloween popcorn cakes

  • Divide the popcorn between the cupcake cases.

  • Sprinkle with Halloween themed sugar sprinkles whilst the chocolate is still melted and sticky.

Step Four – refrigerate the cakes to set the chocolate

  • Pop the cakes into the fridge for a couple of hours to set. Then serve.
