Ingredients For Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

You just need 5 ingredients to make these tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast!

  • Knob of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

  • Small bowl
  • Fork or mini-whisk
  • Tablespoon
  • Small saucepan

How To Make Scrambled Eggs With Cottage Cheese 

You’re going to love how quick and easy these eggs are to make for breakfast!

Step One – melt the butter

  • Melt the butter in a small frying pan on the hob over a medium heat.

Step Twowhisk the eggs and cottage cheese together

  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl, spoon in the cottage cheese, add a pinch of salt, pinch of black pepper and whisk together using a fork.

Step Three – cook the cottage cheese eggs

  • Pour the cheesy eggs into the sizzling butter in the pan.
  • Stir gently with a wooden spoon or spatula until the eggs scramble to you liking.

Step Four – serve

  • Then remove from the pan and serve.
