These new potatoes only take around 25 minutes to cook, with the smaller baby potatoes cooked in just 15 minutes.

You'll only need a handful of ingredients to make these delicious Air Fryer New Potatoes.

- Baby Potatoes
- Olive Oil
- Dried Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
How To Make AIR Fryer BABY Potatoes
Prep Time – 5 minutes / Cook Time 25 minutes (approx)
- Wash the potatoes to remove any soil or dirt. Then pat them dry with paper kitchen roll, cut them in half lengthways and then tip them into a bowl.
- Add olive oil and seasoning - Drizzle the olive oil over the halved new potatoes and sprinkle over the oregano, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.



- Use your hands to toss the potatoes in the oil and seasoning so that the potatoes are well coated. This will just make them extra flavourful!
- Tip the new potatoes into the air fryer basket. Then cook on 160C for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes cooking, give the new potatoes a shake in the air fryer basket.
- Then turn the air fryer temperature up to 200C - continue to cook the potatoes for a further 10 minutes or until they’re cooked through, soft in the centres and crispy and delicious on the outsides.
- To serve we like to sprinkle these little potatoes with fresh herbs before serving – dill, chives or flat leaf parsley all work well with these crispy roasted new potatoes.

TOP TIPS FOR COOKING AIR FRYER NEW POTATOES
⭐ If you're using the baby new potatoes, which are tiny! You won't need to cut these in half, they'll also cook much quicker, so just adjust the times accordingly.
⭐ You can make these new potatoes any flavour you like! Try garlic and herb, lemon zest and herbs, smoky paprika, you can even toss them in curry powder and turmeric for an Indian vibe.
