A mouthwateringly delicious meal.
Freshly made garlicky flatbreads still warm and puffed, topped with homemade red pepper hummus, slow cooked garlic infused shredded lamb and a generous scattering of tomato, chickpea and feta salad. It is just too good I tell you.
I cook the lamb in the slow cooker as it’s much more convenient for me to just pop it in and forget about it. The salad and hummus I make ahead and the flatbreads I make just before serving.
