How To Make Loaded Fries
You are going to just LOVE how easy our dirty fries are to make - these cheesy bacon fries will be ready in no time!
Step One - preheat the oven
- Preheat the oven to the temperature stated on the back of the oven fries.
Step Two - season the fries
- Tip the frozen chips into a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in the fajita seasoning, the smoked paprika and the dried oregano.
- Toss the seasoning into the chips using your hands, just give it all a good mix together.

Cooks Note! If you don't want to do this using your hands then add the seasoning the the chip bag and shake the chips in the bag to coat them.
Step Three - cook the frozen chips
- Tip the frozen chips onto a baking tray and place into the preheated oven. Cook for around 18-20 minutes.
Step Four - make the bacon sprinkles whilst the chips are cooking
- Fry the streaky bacon in a frying pan - you probably won't need any oil, but if you do, just add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Once the bacon is crispy - slide onto a plate on some kitchen paper to blot up the excess grease.

- Let the bacon cool for a few minutes and then snip into small pieces using kitchen scissors.
Step Five - make up the loaded fries
- Remove the cooked chips from the oven and sprinkle over the grated cheese and sliced spring onions. Scatter over the bacon bits.

Step Six - cook the loaded fries
- Put the tray of dirty fries back into the hot oven and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbling. It'll probably only take 4-5 minutes.
