Our yummy Paprika Wedges are super tasty and oh so easy to make! They’re delicious served with burgers, chicken, pizzas… pretty much anything really!
Okay, we think these are just the BEST Paprika Wedges. Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside and so simple to make!
I leave the skins on the potatoes, it adds fibre which is always a good thing when cooking for a family and it makes them taste nicer!
They’re a tasty side dish to go along with weeknight dinners or for dunking into dips on movie night whilst you’re snuggled up on the sofa.
I usually serve the potato wedges with a pot of garlic mayonnaise but they’re great with ketchup, BBQ sauce, guacamole, salsa and blue cheese dip too.

How To Make Paprika Wedges
You’re just going to LOVE how easy our potato wedges are to make! Super simple!
- Preheat the oven to 200C / 400F / Gas Mark 6
- Scrub the potatoes using a vegetable brush – then pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Slice the potatoes in to halves length ways – then slice each half into 4-5 wedges depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Tip the potatoes into a large bowl – then pour over the olive oil
- Sprinkle the smoked paprika and sea salt over the potato wedges.
- Toss all the potato wedges in the olive oil, salt and paprika – just use your hands to do this.
- Next arrange the paprika wedges on a large baking tray – feel free to use two so they don’t overcrowd. Be sure to arrange them so they all have space and there’s non on top of the others. This way they cook crisply.
- Bake the potato wedges in the oven for around 20 minutes – then remove from the oven and turn all the wedges over, this just makes sure they don’t stick to the tray and that they cook through evenly and deliciously.
- Return the homemade potato wedges to the oven and cook for a further 20-30 minutes – or until they’re crisp on the edges and soft and tender in the middles. Just check a few by inserting the prongs of a fork into the centres.
- Once the paprika potato wedges are cooked through remove from the oven and serve.
