Quick and simple breakfast that’s healthy, colourful and super tasty. The combination of strawberries and peanut butter is one that’s meant to be.
You’ll need wholemeal bagels, peanut butter and a handful of strawberries to make this delicious breakfast. I use no-added sugar peanut butter and it’s perfectly sweet enough.
This is a great breakfast for kids on a school day as it will release energy slowly and count towards their five-a-day.
