Pink gin fizz cocktail recipe, summer cocktail recipes

If you’re throwing a summery party or drinks evening in the garden, then our pretty pink gin fizz is the perfect summer cocktail.

31 Dover sent over some Edgerton Pink Gin for review and we thought Pink Gin Fizz would be a great way to serve it.

And… if you don’t fancy a pink gin fizz cocktail then you can enjoy Edgerton Pink Gin with tonic and ice. It’s deliciously botanical with a warm, gently spiced citrus flavour and a hit of Juniper, with it’s delicate pink colour coming from pomegranate extract. I can’t help but throw strawberries into it for added pinkness.
