How To Make Pink Wafer Valentines Day Biscuits

Step One

  • Melt the white chocolate – firstly melt the chocolate, I do this by breaking the chocolate into squares and putting them into a metal or glass jug and just standing it in a pan of boiling water – stirring until the chocolate melts

Step Two

  • Dip the pink wafers into chocolate – next take your pink wafers and dip them into the melted white chocolate, give them a little wiggle to remove any excess chocolate and places them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Sprinkle with hearts – whilst the chocolate is still melted and warm, sprinkle over the heart shaped sugar sprinkles.

Step Three

  • Refrigerate – put the tray of pink wafer Valentines biscuits into the fridge whilst the chocolate sets. This should take around 1-2 hours.
  • Serve – to serve just use a fish slice or spatula to slide the biscuits off the greaseproof paper and then serve – I like to decorate the serving plate with a little edible glitter…. for added sparkle!
