Sharing is caring!

Super easy and delicious – our savoury puff pastry Christmas tree makes a great Christmas buffet food or easy festive lunch.

Our little Christmas Tree Pastries are a lovely little Christmas recipe. They’re really easy to make and you can top them with whatever you like, or even get the kids to have a go at making them.

I usually top the puff pastry Christmas trees with green pesto, strips of salami and some grated cheese.

These are really nice as Christmas buffet food too – just serve with a dip or salad.

Can I make puff pastry tarts ahead of time?

You can make these up to a day in advance. Just be sure to cool them on a wire rack to stop the pastry going soggy. Then store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Can I make gluten free puff pastry Christmas trees?

Yes, you can easily make a gluten free version – I make these gluten free using the Jus-Rol gluten free pastry and being extra careful to be sure the toppings I choose are gluten free too.
