Protein Yogurt Berry Bowl Ingredients
You just need a handful of tasty ingredients to make these delicious high protein yogurt bowl

- 4 tablespoon high protein plain yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup - optional
How To Make Protein Berry Bowls
These breakfast berry bowls are so quick to make!
Step One - add the high protein yogurt layer
- Spoon the high protein yogurt to the breakfast bowl. We use the ALDI Fat Free High Protein Yogurt
Step Two - add the berries
- Toss in the mixed fresh berries - we use strawberries and blueberries usually, but you can swap this for any berries or fruit you like.

Step Three - add the crunchy seeds
- Sprinkle on the mixed seeds

Step Four - serve
- To serve, drizzle with maple syrup (or honey) if using, then dig in, and make a smoothie or coffee to go along side.

Recipe Tips And Variations
Use different flavours of yogurt - you can now buy high protein yogurt in all sorts of delicious flavours - vanilla, strawberry, coffee, salted caramel. Or switch to Greek yogurt.
So you can really mix and match your breakfast pots and create lots of tastes and flavor variations, without it getting dull.
Use different fruit - these pots are great made with any fruit you like. Just remember banana goes brown and soggy quickly, so that's best eaten fresh.
And if you're using apples or pears, toss them in a little lemon juice to stop them from turning brown. Raspberries, blackberries, mango and pineapple are all delicious ideas.
Mix up the seeds add some nuts - you can top your high protein berry bowls with different seeds for crunch and texture, try pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds or sunflower seeds.
You could add nuts like walnuts, pistachio or flaked almonds. You could even add some of your favourite cereal or granola.
Add some extras - you can add in tasty little toppings if you like - try chocolate chips, coconut flakes, nut butter - like - cashew butter, almond butter or peanut butter.
