Now Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips are an actual thing I couldn’t wait to get some cookies in the oven. A super easy peanut butter cookie recipe AND they taste amazing!

I was just a little bit LOT excited when I saw Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips online at ASDA and added them to the trolley immediately!

I LOVE Reese’s peanut butter anything and so I couldn’t wait to get a batch of cookies baked.

The peanut butter cookie recipe I use has no egg and is just super simple to make and quick to cook so you can have these ready in like 25 minutes.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips Cookie Recipe

Our peanut butter cookie recipe is super simple, just a few ingredients and a little bit of mixing – easy!

Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

  • 100g Caster Sugar
  • 100g butter – at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 170g Self Raising Flour
  • 100g Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips

How to make Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips Cookies

  • Preheat the oven – heat the oven to 180C / 350F / Gas Mark 4 
  • Mix the butter and sugar – together in a bowl until soft and fluffy.
  • Add the syrup – stir in a generous tablespoon of golden syrup.
  • Add the flour – and mix well
  • Add the Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips – and mix well
  • Roll the cookies – take small ball sized chunks of dough and roll between hands – place on a greased tray and squash down slightly with a fork to flatten.
  • Bake in the oven – for 8-10 minutes they should be just browning and still soft when you take them out of the oven – leave them to cool on the tray and as they cool they become firmer and chewy

Ingredients
