Salted caramel sauce is just a little drizzle of heaven! This is in no way a ‘proper’ sauce you can bottle and preserve for weeks, this is a fast, easy, use it right away version.
You won’t need a thermometer or any special sterilised jars. Just a dish of vanilla ice-cream or perhaps a chocolate brownie…. or BOTH to drizzle it over.
