Oh, you are just going to love how tasty our peanut satay sauce is. It’s just the perfect mix of sweet and salty.
It’s delicious used as a satay stir fry sauce, or to marinate chicken kebabs, tofu cubes or mushrooms. It’s also delicious tossed through freshly cooked noodles or, used as a spicy dip or dressing for salads.
Best of all, it’s really easy to make. And if there’s one thing we love it’s simple, easy food!
Satay Stir Fry Sauce Ingredients
You’ll just need a handful of simple ingredients to whip up a batch of this tasty peanut butter stir fry sauce
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey – we used hot honey in our for an extra kick of heat
- 300ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder – choose mild or spicy, whichever you prefer
- Juice of a lime

- Lemon juicer
- Measuring jug
- Tablespoon

- Saucepan
How To Make Satay Stir Fry Sauce
This literally is one of the easiest things to make! Just dump, stir, eat! Perfect!
Step One – Mix the ingredients in a saucepan
- Simply add all the ingredients to a saucepan over a low heat and stir to combine them all together. It should only take around 10 minutes to warm the sauce through properly and then it’s ready to use.
How To Use Peanut Satay Sauce
There’s lots of ways you can use our delicious easy satay sauce
- With noodles – add the satay stir fry sauce to freshly cooked noodles and toss to coat, scatter with chopped spring onions and coriander to serve.
- Marinate chicken – use the sauce to marinate chicken or tofu skewers. These are delicious simply grilled and served with more sauce to dip and a fresh green salad on the side.
- Satay dip – use the sauce as a satay dip – which is really tasty served with vegetable crudités.
