S’mores Dip Recipe – the nicest sweet marshmallow dip EVER! Creamy chocolate sauce topped with toasted marshmallows. Serve with digestive biscuits and fruit for dipping!
S’mores are a delicious campfire treat any time of the year. BUT… S’mores Dip is just even better! And super easy to make!
You’ll literally just need chocolate, cream, golden syrup and marshmallows to create this yummy sweet dip.
And for scooping it up, well, you just can’t beat digestive biscuits, plump juicy strawberries or chunky salted pretzels.
S’mores Dip Ingredients
To make our super easy s’mores dip you’ll just need a handful of ingredients
For the sweet dip
- 300g milk chocolate
- 2 tbs double cream
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- Approx 200g marshmallows – I used a combination of medium and mini ones to fill any gaps
For dipping in
- 300g strawberries
- 8 digestive biscuits
- Salted pretzels (optional)
- Bread sticks (optional)
Equipment Needed
- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon
- Tablespoon
- Small oven proof frying pan or cast iron skillet pan or pie dish – I use a small cast iron omelette pan
- Grill
How To Make S’mores Dip
You are just going to LOVE how easy our yummy marshmallow dip is to make – super easy!
- Firstly break up the chocolate into pieces, tip into a saucepan and pour over the cream and golden syrup.
- Gently heat over a low heat, stirring all the time to combine all the lovely melty ingredients together into a chocolate gloop!
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Tip the melted chocolate dip into a small oven proof pan and flatten out with the back of a spoon.
- Cover the top with marshmallows – I use medium pink marshmallows to cover the main part and then fill in any gaps with those mini marshmallows you can sprinkle onto hot chocolate.
- Next, put the s’mores dip under the grill for just a few minutes – usually no longer than 1-2 minutes. Until the marshmallows start to toast on top.

How To Serve Our Yummy Marshmallow Dip
Simply slide the s’mores dip onto a tray (be careful as it will still be warm).
Then surround the dip with your favourite things – I like to do this dip with strawberries, digestive biscuits and salted pretzels.
Marshmallow dip is also gorgeous with bread sticks, pineapple chunks, bananas or sliced apples.
It’s best served still warm as it’s deliciously goopy!
