Our quick and easy Sriracha Mayo is spicy, zingy, fiery and creamy all in one little mouthful. The perfect addition to burgers, fried chicken sandwiches or just to dip a potato wedge into.

Sriracha mayo is our new favourite mayo flavour. It really peps up a salad or sandwich. And best of all it has only four ingredients and takes literally minutes to make!

This ridiculously easy spicy mayo recipe is just perfect for BBQ food. Or drizzling on a hot dog or our total favourite is just to dunk delicious homemade potato wedges into it.

Sriracha Mayo Ingredients

You’ll just need four ingredients to make our delicious chilli mayo recipe.

  • 4 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 lime – juiced

  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Lemon Juicer
  • Serving Bowl

How To Make Sriracha Mayo

It is ridiculously easy to make our Sriracha Mayo Sauce Recipe. It literally takes minutes!

  • Take a small mixing bowl and tip in the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce and garlic powder.
  • Slice the lime in half and juice. Tip the juice into the mixing bowl along with the other ingredients.
  • Mix everything together until you have a deep orange, creamy sauce.

  • Tip the chilli mayo into a serving bowl and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Cooks Note! This chilli mayo will keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 48 hours.

Super easy Sriracha mayo dip recipe - perfec for dunking potato wedges


  • 4 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 tbs Sriracha sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/2 lime - juiced 


  1. Add the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, garlic and lime juice to a small mixing bowl and mix well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Tip into a serving bowl and serve with your favourite thing to dip!
