Helpful Recipe Tips When Making Fruit Cups

Dipping the apples and pears in lime juice – don’t skip this part if you’re making them ahead of time as it helps to stop apples and pears browning.

Make rainbow fruit cups – you could make these fruit cups using all different fruits and create a rainbows fruit snack – try using strawberries, blueberries, oranges, pineapple, mango, purple grapes, blackberries, raspberries a whole rainbow of fruit.

Make a fruit platter – if you prefer you can turn this into a fruit platter either sticking to the green St Patricks Day theme or going for rainbow fruits (or if you’re feeding a crowd, both!) You could shape the green platter shamrock shape and the rainbow fruit tray in rainbow order.

Add candy – we’ve kept our snack healthy, but if you like you can add candy, chocolates, mini marshmallows, cream or fruit dip.
