We’ve used our delivery to create a delicious, fun breakfast of starry night themed eggy bread with a delicious fruit smoothie on the side.

Starry Sky Eggy Bread Ingredients

  • 300ml milk 
  • 2 tbs strawberry yogurt 
  • 1 banana
  • 4 strawberries 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 2 tsp of olive oil 

How to make starry sky eggy bread

  • Make the milkshake – for the milkshake simply add a banana, handful of strawberries, 2 tbs strawberry yogurt and 300ml of milk to a blender and whizz until smooth.
  • For the Star & Moon eggy toast – use cookie cutters to cut out a moon and two star shapes in the bread.
  • Crack the egg – then separate the yolk and white.
  • Heat a splash of olive oil in a frying pan – then when it’s nice and hot – pop the bread in.
  • Fill the shapes with egg – tip the yolk into the moon shaped hole and divide the egg whites between the star shapes.
  • Gently fry – until the egg is set – next, quickly flip the bread over to brown the other side.
