When planning a makeover of my boy’s bedroom I wanted to be sure to take the interior decor to the next level. I want to create a fun yet practical space that’s bright, functional and has the wow factor.
Boys Bedroom Interior Ideas to Consider
- Bed – my boys share a room so a compact good value bunk bed is a must, I want it to be neutral so I can dress it up with colourful bed linen and throws to easily change the vibe of the room.
- Storage – I want storage to suit the needs of my growing boys – I want it to hide all of the clothes, toys and general ‘stuff’ that boys collect so that when the room is tidied, everything has a home and the room feels streamlined, clutter free and a good space to be in.
- Comfort – my boys bedroom has got to be comfortable, I want a super soft and snuggly rug for them to sprawl on as they play and a huge over-sized bean bag for gaming. I think it’s super important to create a comfortable cosy space.
- Decor – my boys are wild, bright and engaged and the bedroom needs to be the same, I want something edgy with a wow factor and definitely not anything ordinary, that’s why I’ve been checking out the gorgeous range of wall murals for boys’ bedrooms at Wallsauce. I’m especially loving the solar system and LEGO style wall murals… hmm decisions, decisions, there’s just so many great designs to choose from. The great thing about these murals is they’re made to measure so they’ll fit perfectly in the space.
