Ingredients For Naan Bread Pizza With Mushrooms

You’ll only need five ingredients to make these easy, delicious naan pizzas!

  • 2 naan breads – we used the garlic and coriander naan breads just for extra tastiness
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce – you can swap this for passata or tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsp caramelised onions – you can use these from a jar or make your own caramelised onions here.
  • 100g mozzarella cheese – we buy this in packets ready grated.
  • 100g mushrooms – peeled and sliced thinly

How To Make Naan Bread Pizzas

These quick and easy homemade pizzas are just so simple to make, great for an easy dinner or late night snack.

Step One – preheat the oven

  • Switch the oven on and preheat to 200C / 180C Fan / 400F / Gas Mark 6 – get our handy oven temperature conversion chart printable here.

Step Two – top the naan breads with pizza toppings

  • Place the naan breads onto the baking tray and spread them with the tomato pizza sauce.
  • Then add the grated mozzarella and the mushroom slices, finish by topping with the caramelised onions.

Step Three – bake the naan bread pizzas in the oven

  • Bake the quick and easy pizzas in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bases turning a lovely golden colour at the edges.
  • Once cooked through, remove the pizzas from the oven and serve.

Roasted Vegetable – top the pizza bases with a delicious medley or Mediterranean roasted vegetables. Use a tasty combo of aubergine, courgette, peppers and red onions.

Margherita – a classic vegetarian pizza topping flavour. Spread with tomato sauce and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Scatter with fresh basil once cooked.
