- 1/2 cucumber – sliced into half moons
- 250g watermelon chunks
- 200g feta cheese
- 1/2 small red onion – sliced into half moons
- 1 tbsp olive oil – opt for a nice fruity olive oil
- 4 mint leaves – chopped finely
How To Make Watermelon And Feta Salad
You are going to just LOVE how simple this delicious summery salad is to throw together.
Step One – scatter the salad ingredients over the serving platter
- Start by scattering a layer of cucumber slices onto the platter, then scatter over the watermelon and feta and finally the red onions.
Step Two – season and dress the cubed watermelon feta salad
- Drizzle over the olive oil and season with a little cracked black pepper. Then scatter over the chopped mint leaves.
