Thursday – Crispy Pancakes
Well… tonight is a retro dinner – I’d been reminiscing about 80s food and remembered how much I LOVED Findus Crispy Pancakes so I picked some up at ASDA. Let’s hope they taste as good as I remember!
Friday – Chicken Kiev
I’ll be cooking up gorgeous chicken kievs from the local butcher – they’re just SO good! I’ll serve with fries and a huge salad.
Saturday – Burritos
Smoky beef burritos are a great Saturday night dinner – you can make all the fillings ahead – I usually throw these together in the morning then all that’s left to do at dinner time is heat up the meat and tortilla wraps. Get the Smoky Beef Burrito recipe here.
Sunday – Roast Chicken Dinner
Well it just wouldn’t feel like Sunday without roast dinner – I’ll be cooking up roast potatoes, loads of veggies, Yorkshire puddings and probably a strawberry crumble with ice-cream for dessert. YUM!
