A weekly family meal plan filled with easy to make family dinner recipes that you’ll just LOVE as much as the kids do. I usually use cheats and little timesavers so that food is ready fast, especially weekday dinners, they need to be quick.
Monday – Toasted Sandwiches
I’m craving old school 80’s style toasties – so the toastie maker has been ordered and I’ll be making cheese and ham toasties and sausage and cheese toasties with a huge American chop salad to go alongside.
Tuesday – Spaghetti Carbonara
I love carbonara – it’s super easy and takes just 10 minutes to make – freshly cooked pasta with cream, Parmesan and pancetta – maybe some peas or mushrooms. Recipe up on the blog in the week.
Wednesday – Spicy Beef Noodles
Noodles with lots of greens and spicy beef mince sprinkled on top – totally delicious.
Thursday – Homemade sausage rolls
I’ll be making these quick sausage rolls and serving with lots of salad and homemade slaw.
Friday – Homemade Pizza

Saturday – Homemade Turkey Burgers
We love these turkey burgers – they’re so easy to make, perfect for loading with toppings and totally YUM! Grab the turkey burger recipe here.
Sunday – Spanish Chicken Casserole
