Beef Fried Rice
A quick and easy fried rice dish made using leftover roast beef from Sunday Dinner. We love this recipe, it’s so simple and quick to make and tastes absolutely delicious. I’ll add a side of stir fried broccoli too.
Chicken & Chorizo Soup
I’ll be cooking up a big pan of spicy Spanish style soup with chicken, chorizo, tomatoes, lots of fresh veggies, tinned tomatoes and chickpeas. I’ll serve with toasted cheese panini.
Toad in the Hole
I saw someone post on Instagram a photo of “pigs in blankets toad in the hole” so I’ll be making that! With creamy mashed potatoes and loads of onion gravy.
Cheesy Vegetable Hotpot
A really easy vegetarian dinner recipe – our warming cheesy vegetable hotpot is simple to make and tastes so good! Perfect with zingy watercress salad or steamed greens. I like to add some crusty bread or garlic baguette on the side.
Spicy Prawn Spaghetti
Our quick prawn pasta recipe is perfect for a Friday night, it’s fast to prep, fast to cook and tastes so good!
Ditching the take-out with our quick and easy vegan chickpea curry recipe – cooks in just 20 minutes making it a super fast and healthy dinner. I’ll serve with popadoms and pickles, a side of rice and some garlic naan breads.
Roast Chicken Dinner
I’ll be cooking a traditional roast chicken dinner with chipolatas, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, lots of veggies and probably a sticky toffee apple crumble. YUM!
