Weekly Meal Plan Recipes
Monday – is oven baked spaghetti bolognese, I actually made double last time I cooked this so tonight is an easy dinner that just needs reheating.
Kung Pao Chicken
I’ll be cooking up a spicy chicken stir fry with peppers, spring onions and lots of Szechuan pepper. I’ll serve with plain boiled rice.
Steak and Chips
I’ll be cooking up steak with chunky gastro chips and a creamy blue cheese dip.
Homemade Pesto with Pasta
It’s so easy to make your own pesto and it tastes just a whole world nicer than shop bought jars. I’ll be serving the pesto pasta topped with mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes.
I’ll be making the Ultimate Fish Cakes from BBC Good Food and serving with buttery peas and watercress salad.
Sweet Potato Chilli (ad feature recipe)
I’ll be making this gorgeous chipotle sweet potato chilli and serving with loads of cheesy nachos for dipping in.
Peri Peri Chicken
We’re kind of a bit hooked on this alternative to roast dinner. Peri peri roast chicken served with herby diced potatoes, fried halloumi, hummus, olives and of course homemade Nando’s style peas. It’s our new favourite Sunday dinner.
