Monday – Spaghetti Bolognese
Bolognese tastes so much better baked in the oven! I’ll be serving this rich bolognese with fresh pasta, salad and garlic baguette. Get the oven baked bolognese recipe here.
You could always make double of this, freeze it and then do Italian style Sloppy Joes later in the week!
Tuesday – Chicken Strips, Wedges and Salad
I’ll be making quick and easy Moroccan spiced chicken strips with sweet potato wedges and a big green salad.

Wednesday – Greek Lamb Stew
I’ll be making a delicious Greek style lamb stew – I’ll probably throw this recipe in the slow cooker and then serve with couscous and sprinkle over the feta cheese later. Get the Greek Lamb Stew recipe here.
Thursday – Spicy Sausage Pasta
This recipe isn’t on the blog yet – but it’s so easy – skin the sausages and break into pieces – fry – then add in baby plum tomatoes and some ground fennel seeds. Mix through fresh pasta with charred peppers and sprinkle over cheese to serve. YUM!
Friday – Sloppy Joes
I’ll be doing Italian style Sloppy Joes with bolognese stuffed into ciabatta rolls. Get the Italian Sloppy Joes recipe here.
Saturday – Homemade Pizza
I’ll be cooking up delicious homemade pizza – I’m thinking goat cheese, figs and peppers. Get our homemade pizza recipes here.
Sunday – Roast Chicken Dinner
It just wouldn’t be Sunday without a roast dinner – so I’m doing roast chicken, roast potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing balls and gallons of gravy. Oh and probably this lovely apple and blackberry crumble with custard too….
