I’ll be cooking up homemade Italian turkey meatballs with fresh pasta and a rich tomato sauce.
Tuesday – Fish Finger Sandwiches
Easy dinner recipe tonight – fish fingers with salad on wholegrain bread rolls served with a side of oven wedges and pesto pea dip!
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Shawarma Chicken
I love this dinner recipe – marinated chicken thighs cooked in the slow cooker – shredded and served on flatbreads with salad and yogurt dressing.
Thursday – Spaghetti Bolognese

Friday – Chickpea Curry
