WEEKLY MEAL PLAN
MONDAY – PASTA, PESTO & GREEN BEANS
I’ll be making homemade pesto because it’s so easy and tastes a million times better than jarred pesto! Then tossing through freshly cooked pasta with green beans – so simple! Get the Homemade Pesto Recipe here.
TUESDAY – HOT DOGS, WEDGES & SALAD
I’ll be making hot dogs using proper sausages and topping with loads of fried onions, ketchup and mustard. I’ll cook a side of Homemade Potato Wedges and a throw together a big salad. Grab the Homemade Wedges Recipe here.
WEDNESDAY – CHINESE PORK NOODLES
I’ll marinate lean pork steaks with Chinese five spice powder, honey and soy sauce and cook in the slow cooker – shred the meat and serve with noodles tossed with spring onions, sesame seeds and fresh spinach. If it works out good I’ll put the recipe up next week!
THURSDAY – STEAK FAJITAS
FRIDAY – PEANUT CHICKEN CURRY
I’ll be cooking up a super easy mild chicken curry that the kids just LOVE. Recipe up next week.
SATURDAY – SMOKY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE QUINOA

SUNDAY – ROAST CHICKEN DINNER
Feels like ages since I made a roast dinner so this week I’ll do chicken with roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and loads of seasonal veggies. Maybe even a rhubarb crumble with custard to follow.
