WEEKLY MEAL PLAN
Monday – Naan Bread Pizza

I’ll be cooking up quick and easy naan bread pizza – topped with sun dried tomato pesto, chargrilled peppers, mushrooms and different cheeses.
I’ll make a quick side dish of roast vegetable couscous to go alongside and any leftovers will be eaten cold for lunch next day.
Tuesday – Roast Vegetable Pasta

I’ll roast a large tray of Mediterranean style veggies and toss with pasta and a quick tomato and basil sauce.

Wednesday – Taco Dogs

This easy family dinner just adds zingy Mexican flavours to a classic hot dog for an easy midweek meal.
This dinner the kids just LOVE!
Slide those hot dogs onto crusty baguettes and load them up with guacamole and tomato salsa.

Thursday – Quick Pasta Pesto

Super easy pasta pesto bowls are great as a simple midweek dinner recipe.
This Italian dinner idea is one the kids always love and it literally takes minutes to throw together.

Super easy dinner for Friday night – grab some soft flour tortilla wraps, load them up with salad, slide on some cooked fish fingers and dollop on the ketchup.

Grab a jar of curry sauce and really pimp it – add chicken, loads of chopped spinach, fresh tomatoes and peppers.

We just LOVE this Epic Greek Lamb Stew – absolutely bursting with flavour and loaded with fresh vegetables, herbs and just a sprinkling of feta cheese.
