This week the family meal plan is packed with lovely dinners. All easy to make and faff free and all totally yum!
Sticky prawns and coconut rice is super quick – prawns, broccoli and peas stir fried with honey and soy sauce. Served with Tilda microwave coconut rice.
Oven baked sausages served with creamy mashed potatoes and a rich onion gravy. Total comfort food, might sneak a Yorkshire pudding onto the plate too.
Really quick and easy honey and mustard chicken alongside oven baked chips and some green vegetables.
Hugely popular with the kids – savoury mince and cheesy mash, served with peas and corn. All so easy to make. This is a good recipe for doubling and freezing half for another day.
Harissa chicken with roast veggie couscous – another really easy recipe and so delicious.
A nice easy vegetable curry served with rice, popadoms and dips.
Wouldn’t be Sunday without a roast dinner. So it’s roast chicken and all the trimmings.
