- 2 tablespoon of greek yogurt (which is high in protein and a good source of calcium) you can switch this to a plant based alternative
- 60g Strawberries - fab for topping up your vitamin C
- 40g blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 40g store-bought Granola - or why not create your own homemade granola recipe

How To Make Yogurt And Granola Breakfast Bowls
You'll love how simple and easy these fiber packed yogurt bowls are to make - just follow our simple instructions and you'll be enjoying them in no time!
Step One - prep all your ingredients
- Wash and gently pat dry the fruit (you can get our top tips for how to clean strawberries here)
Step Two - assemble your yogurt granola bowl
- Add the spoonfuls of yogurt to your bowl - I tend to put it on one side and give it a little spread out with the back of the spoon.
- Tip in the granola next to the yogurt
- Add in the strawberries and blueberries - I like to do these in lines (because yes, I like to Instagram my food...)
- Drizzle over the honey
